Imbue Experiences Summer 2023

Our new gaming and technology hub is due to open in Derby, Wednesday August 2nd, and we wish to offer the first taste of our Imbue Experiences Sessions during this year's Summer Holidays, for children and young adults (ages 8 to 18*) to come: play, learn and immerse themselves into the experience.

Our Summer 2023, Imbue Experience Sessions, will be hosted Monday to Fridays, from the 7th of August, prices are from £25 per session****

What are “Imbue Experience Sessions”? 

Using our core subjects, we have combined their best attributes to deliver fun filled sessions, suited to building confidence, increasing skills and socialising, as well as physical activities and immersive experiences. All in a relaxed; non-educational environment, while allowing the opportunity to connect to others within the community.

In our Imbue Experience Session, we may cover a range of different subjects including:**

• Coding/Programming
• Media
• Design and Creativity
• Technical Repairs and Diagnostics
• STEAM activites 

As with our term-time sessions, every session will have the chance to game on our equipment, socialise as a community, play and learn together via ImEducation (Immersive Education).

Our cutting-edge technology allows students to experience a variety of unparalleled experiences, such as:

Social Gaming

How to book? You have the opportunity to book sessions on a day-by-day basis to suit your holiday schedule, for either: mornings, afternoons or both for the full day***

Week 1 – 7th August to 11th August

Week 2 - 14th August to 18th August

Week 3 - 21st to the 25th August

Week 4 - 28th August to 1st September

Times of sessions are split into morning and afternoon:

Morning Sessions: 10am – 1pm

Afternoon Sessions: 1pm – 4pm

Prices are from £25 per session****

If you book a full day i.e. Morning and Afternoon Sessions (10am to 4pm), we will provide free food and drinks for the participating student*****

Notes:

* Or our current Young Adult 18 - 25 Students.

** Imbue Experience Session subjects are not set for specific days/sessions and we cannot guarantee your child/young person to experience a specific subject.

*** If you wish for your child/children to attend full days over the week, ensure to book both the morning and afternoon sessions on the RSVP form. Please note a full day is invoiced as two sessions per day.

**** Prices may be subject to additional support and 1 to 1 tier packages, if necessary.

***** Free food and drinks will be provided for students attending for full day sessions only, please note any allergens or dietary requirements in the RSVP form. If you wish to supply your child with a packed lunch instead, you would be more than welcome to do so. 

****** Please note these are reservations, and do not guarantee a space on our Summer Sessions. There may be additional forms and information required.
